By working alongside local stakeholders to design climate change mitigation and adaptation measures and interventions, CICLIA aims to carry out projects contributing to the sustainable development of goods, people and economies in the cities it supports.

CICLIA encourages peer-to-peer meetings in order to share and promote lessons learned from past setbacks, good practices and innovative solutions for climate change adaptation and mitigation.
